The 140th Canton Fair
Three Phases, Twenty-One Days: The 140th Canton Fair Returns to Guangzhou
The 140th edition of the China Import and Export Fair — known worldwide as the Canton Fair — runs from October 15 to November 4, 2026, at the Canton Fair Complex in Pazhou, Guangzhou. The fair is split into three five-day phases, with two-day switch-over breaks between them, giving international buyers one of the most concentrated sourcing windows on the global trade calendar.
Phase-by-Phase Schedule
Each phase opens at 9:30 and closes at 18:00 local time, and each carries a distinct product focus:
- Phase 1 — Advanced Manufacturing (Oct 15–19, 2026): electronics and appliances, industrial automation and smart manufacturing, machinery, new-energy vehicles, lighting, hardware and tools.
- Phase 2 — Quality Home Life (Oct 23–27, 2026): housewares, kitchen and tableware, home decoration, building materials, furniture, and the section most relevant to sanitary-ware buyers — bathroom equipment.
- Phase 3 — Better Life (Oct 31–Nov 4, 2026): toys, fashion, textiles, footwear, stationery, health and recreation, food, and personal care.
Halls close on October 20–22 and October 28–30 for setup and exhibitor change-over between phases.
Scale and What Is New This Edition
More than 32,000 exhibiting enterprises will occupy roughly 1.55 million square metres of exhibition space. For context, the 139th session in April 2026 drew 314,000 overseas buyers from 220 countries and regions — a record the autumn edition is expected to match or exceed. The 140th session is being positioned as the most digitally equipped edition in the fair’s history, with sixteen digital systems and twenty-two smart scenarios in operation. Booth-level indoor navigation uses a blend of BeiDou, Bluetooth AOA and 5G to cover more than 75,000 booths, and an “ASK ME” AI concierge — first rolled out at the 139th session — supports natural-language queries, QR-code scanning, and a “photo-to-product” match for buyers who photograph an item they want to source. Organisers also plan more than 700 new-product launch events across the three phases.
Where OYAQUA Meets the Market
OYAQUA will not take a booth at the 140th Canton Fair this autumn. Instead, the team is opening its factory doors: buyers attending the fair are warmly invited to visit our production base in Kaiping, Jiangmen, Guangdong, only about a two-hour drive from Guangzhou.
The facility includes a 200-square-metre showroom displaying the full OYAQUA sanitary-ware range — showers, mixers, basins, WCs, bathroom hardware and drains — so you can examine product appearance, surface finish and real build quality face to face rather than through a catalogue. Visitors can also tour the production lines to see how each item is made and tested before it ships.
The visit is fully hosted. OYAQUA will arrange reception, a factory tour and a product walkthrough for every confirmed guest, and can help coordinate onward travel from Guangzhou. To book a factory visit during the fair period, contact the OYAQUA team in advance so we can align dates and prepare your reception. We look forward to meeting you.
Practical Information for Visitors
Buyers register in advance through the official Canton Fair online platform and the Canton Fair APP, where they can search exhibitors, exchange business cards, send instant messages, schedule appointments and post sourcing requests. The same app provides on-site navigation once inside the complex. Overseas buyers travelling from outside the Chinese mainland reach the Call Centre on +86-20-28-888-999, or by email at info@cantonfair.org.cn. The venue address is No. 382 Yuejiang Zhong Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou 510335, China.
Update Status
Dates, phases and venue are confirmed by the official organiser, the China Foreign Trade Centre. As OYAQUA is not exhibiting a booth at this edition, factory-visit arrangements and the reception schedule for the fair period will be published on this page as soon as they are finalised.
