Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
No. Oyaqua does not offer OEM or ODM services. We design, manufacture and sell bathroom products exclusively under our own brand, OYAQUA. We do not produce private-label ranges, do not put a buyer's name or logo on our products, and do not build new tooling to someone else's design. Every basin, faucet, toilet, vanity and shower set that leaves our factory carries the OYAQUA name and is backed by the same quality control and after-sales promise. This is a deliberate choice, and it shapes how we work with partners: you buy and sell the OYAQUA brand, rather than commissioning a factory to make your own. Because the product, the packaging and the serial record all belong to one brand, a warranty claim can be traced and resolved without arguing over who specified what. Our overseas warehouses and factory stock hold OYAQUA products, not customer-specific runs. That is why a reorder months later looks and fits exactly like the first one. Basins, faucets, toilets, showers, vanities and mirrors are developed together. A project or a showroom can be filled with pieces that match, instead of mixing parts from different suppliers. We would rather say this plainly: if your requirement is a factory to produce your own design under your own brand, Oyaqua is not the right partner, and we will not take the project on. Approaching us in that case only costs both sides time. If what you need is a dependable branded range to distribute, install or specify — with consistent quality, spare parts and a single name behind the warranty — then Oyaqua is built exactly for that.
